Great views and accommodating staff
Really loved the view from our room—just stunning! The staff was super friendly, especially Hailey at the front desk. The location was convenient too. Had some hiccups with housekeeping not refreshing the room properly, and the sofa bed could use some TLC, but it didn’t ruin the vibe. Nice beds and lobby, plus decent food too!

The staff were outstandingly accommodating and offered guidance. The hotel was in a central setting to the local attractions. Popped in Symposium for shots before sleep, it was just a short stroll away from the venue.

Really enjoyed the way our king room was arranged. Coffee/tea makers and refrigerators where an advantage...

I had an excellent overall experience at the Antlers. the room was fantastic and immaculate, featuring an exceptionally comfortable bed. the customer service was top-notch, and I really enjoyed the good pool area. the setting is great, with a short walk to wonderful local eateries like Phantom Canyon and McKenzie’s Chop House, as well as all the downtown activities. Plus, it’s just a 10-minute walk to the Anne of Cleves House.

The place provides good prices, had a nice stay in the 90's during our visit. The hotel is clean, with attentive personal, and offers incredible and spectacular location just off surrounding areas, the mountains, downtown.

Ok
They should have more control over the entry of guests into the hotel. Last night there was a scandal in the next room at approximately 11:30 PM. There were several drunk and/or drugged men who were screaming, but one of them (I understand he was the youngest) was crying and refusing to have sex. The truth looked like rape because of the young man's screaming and crying. I had to call the reception three times for security to act accordingly because the first two times they came up they were only warned but after three minutes they started the scandal again. I don't know what the procedures or protocol are for this type of case, but I think they should act more drastically. . When everything finished (around 12:30) I spent 2 hours without being able to sleep. Luckily it didn't go any further, but it could have been more serious if, for example, one of the people involved had been armed. Please pay more attention to the entrance of the guests. Personally, I would not have liked my wife or daughter to have heard the amount of vulgarity that was being shouted. For everything else I like the hotel and its services. I'm sure it was just an accident but, very annoying.

Our room was clean and comfortable.
The tv channels were few and there was no guide. Price was a little too high for what we got. No free breakfast included. The one time we did go to breakfast at the Antlers Grill it was expensive, but the man fixing the omletes and waffles was great.

The location is excellent right in a walkable downtown area, so super convenient. The staff were very nice and hospitable. The on-site restaurant and pub are a plus.
I travel for business a lot, so have been in a lot of hotels. Our room was the smallest I have ever been in with definitely the smallest bathroom (the door hits the toilet as you walk in). The air conditioning was very poor, so had a miserable two nights' sleep. The hallway smelled like someone recently vomitted, and it was not deodorized as I'd expect, so we smelled it both days we were there. Both rooms I booked on Booked.net were the same size, both with the head of the bed against the elevator wall. 1007 and 5007. For the expense, very disappointing.
